The domain password for any domain in your account with Drop.com.au ("Drop.com.au") can be retrieved from your client area.

First, you must be logged into your account. If you are not logged in you can also login via the Client Login box located at the top right of our website.

Once logged in go to My Domains, select and click the domain name from the list and then use the EPP Auth Code button to retrieve your domain password.

You can also retrieve any .au Domain Password using the recovery tool accessed from the following URL: https://pw.auda.org.au/

The Domain Password will be emailed to your listed email contact.

If you are experiencing any difficulties or need to update your contact email address, please lodge a support ticket. You may need to verify your access to the domain by faxing us proof of ownership documentation. Our friendly staff will assist you at all times.
